Got a social pup?
Our doggie daycare program is discounted for boarders! We offer 2-hour play sessions in the morning and afternoon where dogs can run and play, chase balls, and take in all the exciting outdoor sights and smells.
Don't want daycare?
We’ll take them out for potty breaks and exercise at 6:30, 11, 3, and 7. They’ll still get to stretch their legs and sniff to their heart’s content. Add on a frozen kong or lick mat to give them some extra mental stimulation (and a yummy treat)! You can also bring bones, chews, and any other toys from home. The only prohibited items are rawhide and tennis balls, since they can be a choking hazard.
How do you monitor their wellbeing?
We keep detailed feeding and potty logs for each boarder so we can monitor for any issues. If your dog needs to be given medication during their stay, the time, dose, and method of administration will be carefully noted in our medication log.
If we have any concerns about your pup, we’ll contact you immediately–their safety and wellbeing is our top priority!
What if my dog might get anxious?
Send them with one of your t-shirts or a familiar blanket–the smell of home will help them settle in!
You can also try our house CBD oil for only $1/dose–we dose it carefully based on body weight so that your pup can relax without getting super sleepy.
How does food work?
You can bring whatever your dog usually eats. It’s helpful to have the food portioned into ziploc baggies for ease of feeding and to ensure there’s enough for each meal. If your pup runs out of food early, we offer Purina EN Naturals house food for a small added fee.
Many dogs tend to eat less when in a new space, and if this is a concern for you, we recommend bringing some wet food or meal toppers that we can mix in to make the food more enticing to your pup. You can also purchase our Purina EN Naturals wet food!
We have plenty of bowls here, so you don’t need to bring your own unless it’s special (e.g. a slow feeder).
How do drop-off and pickup work?
You can drop off your pup any time within our hours as long as you have a reservation! It’s helpful to know what time you expect to come in, but we offer a flexible schedule.
You can pick up any time within our hours. However, overnight boardings are considered over at 12 PM on the day of pickup, so there is a small fee for continued care afterwards. You’ll get charged $12 for a half day of care up til 5 PM, and the fee becomes a $22 full-day fee after that. However, if you’ve already paid for your dog to have daycare on pickup day, you won’t be charged the extra care fee.
If you want to add a departure bath for your pup to make sure they come home squeaky-clean, let us know what time you’re coming so we can have them as fresh as possible for you!
What if my plans change?
We can extend or shorten your stay for no extra cost! Simply get in touch with a team member to let us know what your plans are and we will take care of it for you.
If you need to cancel within 48 hours of the boarding, there is a $20 cancellation fee per dog. Before that, cancellation is free!
