My dog absolutely loves going to K-9 Cloud 9, both for daycare and boarding. It’s always easy to schedule and drop off, even last minute. The staff knows him and his personality well, and I know they love and treat him like their own. I love that the dogs play indoors, as rainy days are often when he needs daycare the most to get his energy out, and I don’t have to worry about him getting overheated. We have just moved away from Lynchburg, and we will miss this place so much.

I work a lot. My dog loves cuddles and other doggos. She is huge so she can be a bit intimidating, but the staff has always been so wonderful. They handle her so well. They love on her and spoil her. They are also accommodating and kind. I always feel so comfortable leaving my puppers with them. Millie has a fabulous time. She gets so much play time. The prices are very reasonable. Because of that I bring her all the time. It’s worth every penny. I thought I’d only take her once a week but I’m averaging three day care trips a week right now just because of how wonderful they are and how much my doggo loves being there.

I love bringing my dog here for daycare. The staff are very nice. One time I asked how my dog did during daycare, but the person I asked wasn’t too informed because they hadn’t been on the same shift as my dog, but K-9 Cloud 9 staff gave me a follow-up call later that day with more information. We learned that my dog has a couple special needs related to nap time, and they are very accommodating and considerate. I learned my dog doesn’t get along with some other dogs (due to no fault of either dog), so the staff is very accommodating in giving the dogs different spaces, as available…Overall, my pup comes back from daycare very happy that he got to play all day!

Our grand-dog, Daisy attends this doggie daycare. The people that work there are wonderful with her. They know her as soon as she enters the doors. I was dropping off and picking up during a time when our children were not able to. All the staff I encountered were amazing. Friendly. And just downright NICE!

We (my doodle and I) absolutely LOVE K-9 Cloud 9. The staff are always friendly and welcoming. They give me good updates and have the cameras turned on every afternoon so I can watch my sweet girl, if I want to. My doodle will pull me into the building when we arrive with her tail wagging as fast as it can! We cannot recommend this business enough.
